Registration Fees
Registration Inclusions*
3 days conference, Tutorials, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
Two coffee break and a lunch daily will be provided on Conference Days.
Each Author Registration is valid for TWO paper submissions.
Each Student Author registration is valid for ONE paper submissions.
Author Registration Deadline: 16th of May 2025.
In-Advance Rate will ends On/Before 16th of May 2025.

Additional Gala Dinner ticket: €120,00
Additional Welcome Reception: € 30,00
Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing to icicdt2025.sec@gmail.com and received by 15th of May 2025.
There will be an administrative fee of Euro 50.00 deducted from each refund.
