Accepted Papers Final Submission
1. Paper Verification with PDF eXpress:
Authors must verify their paper using PDF eXpress.
It is MANDATORY to verify the PDF file of the paper for IEEE compliance before submission. Papers that are not IEEE compliant will not be included in the proceedings nor published on IEEExplore.

When checked with PDF Express the paper is NOT submitted yet. If the verification with PDF eXpress is successful, the authenticated file obtained from PDF eXpress must be uploaded to EasyChair. The authors can double check the validity of the verification process by opening the file received by PDF eXpress with Adobe Acrobat Reader and searching for "Certified by IEEE eXpress" + "Date" in the PDF file properties.
2. Final Paper Submission on EasyChair:
Please double check the informations that you provide during online submission:
title of the paper;
name, affiliation, e-mail address of the authors;
name of the corresponding author;
complete mailing address, phone, fax, and e-mail address of the corresponding author.
Since these informations will be used unchanged in the conference program and proceedings, it is important that you enter them correctly.
Authors MUST compile the IEEE Copyright Form during the final submission on EasyChair.

In the EasyChair webpage:
Click on "proceedings author (IEEE Proceedings)".
Complete the procedure for the IEEE Copyright Form by clicking on "Sign Copyright Agreement".
Upload the PDF eXpress verified paper by clicking on "Update new version" in the upper right corner.
